如果你的塑膠產(chǎn)品存在如左圖所示問題，造成塑膠產(chǎn)品淪為次級品或不良品。那么，其多數(shù)原因為成型前塑料未充分除濕干燥所致，尤其吸濕性很強的塑料如PET、PA、PMMA、PBT等，實踐證明降低干燥風的露點到-40℃以下，同時控制熱量使之吹過含濕性塑料顆粒表面，才能使它在成型之前含水率降低到0.02%以下。
