本機(jī)適用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PCVD、鍍鋁膜、鋁薄等相同性質(zhì)的組合膜、紙等。機(jī)械速度140/分。

1.主傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)：主傳采用交流頻矢量控制，熱股和涂膠網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)紋速度可調(diào)快慢。

2.放料機(jī)構(gòu)：一、二組放料采用光電糾邊雙放料裝置，放卷由手動(dòng)張力控制，復(fù)合膜放料采用光電糾邊磁粉張力控制。

3.涂膠機(jī)構(gòu)：網(wǎng)紋輥通過(guò)刮刀進(jìn)行刮涂膠量，膠量厚薄刮刀可任意調(diào)節(jié)，膠輥采用雙氣缸升壓，壓力可任意調(diào)節(jié)，并配備停機(jī)涂膠可自動(dòng)升起。

4.烘道內(nèi)機(jī)構(gòu)：烘道溫度四段只能溫控儀控制。
