耐腐蝕、耐磨損、強(qiáng)度高、柔韌性好等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車線束、電氣穿線、機(jī)床線路、燈具線路的護(hù)套管，空調(diào)、洗衣機(jī)的水管等領(lǐng)域。

我公司精心研制的SJDBGZ系列塑料單壁波紋管生產(chǎn)線，通過齒輪傳動(dòng)模塊，模板串水冷卻，制品風(fēng)冷，使生產(chǎn)的波紋管成型速度快、波紋形狀均勻、接縫一致、內(nèi)外壁光滑，特別適用于轎車的線束。

SJDBGZ Series Plastic Single-wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE, PP, EVA, PVC, EVA continuously, as well as PA corrugated pipes. Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, high intensity and good flexibility, etc. They are widely used in fields of auto wire harness, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lantern wires, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.

SJDBGZ series plastic single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding, even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of the up-market cars.
