PPR/ Pipe Extrusion Line

we developed high-efficient extruder based on the special character of PP-R,PEX, equipped with the high torque gearbox. Latest designed barrel with high-efficient screw etc. We really achieve better plasticization with low temperature. This line mainly consists of controlling system, extruder, die, calibration system, haul-off and cutting device, printer, stacking device. The special designed spiral basket structure of the extrusion die, ensures the flow distribution equally. The calibration system and cooling system guarantee the high quality of the plastic pipes. Equipped with different extrusion dies, screws and downstream line, the extrusion line can also produce PE, ABS, PE-RT and PEX pipes.

Main advantages:

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which have long use life.
3. Millipore type mold with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes.
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC (touch screen).
