IRA自相關(guān)儀（擴(kuò)展掃描范圍）產(chǎn)品信息

IRA自相關(guān)儀是專門為測量超快放大器和振蕩器產(chǎn)生的超快輻射脈沖寬度和近對比度而開發(fā)的。還有一種特殊的IRA系統(tǒng)模型，適用于中紅外激光源。IRA包括光學(xué)機(jī)械組件和電子設(shè)備與USB接口。系統(tǒng)易于操作，并包括一套完整的數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析用戶友好的軟件工具。逼近Gaussian和Sech2線性的也可以。光學(xué)機(jī)械組件由參考脈沖的額外延遲光學(xué)箱和機(jī)械套件組成。

采集和分析軟件與Windows XP兼容，USB驅(qū)動程序都包括在內(nèi)。
