GD8925數(shù)控鏟齒磨床是在傳統(tǒng)機械式鏟齒車床的基礎上經(jīng)過數(shù)控化改造而成的數(shù)控機床，加工精度可穩(wěn)定達到DIN3968標準和國標GB/T6084-2001 A。

GD8925 Model of CNC Relieving Grinding Machine is transformation on the basis of the traditional mechanical relieving lathe. Its machining precision can achieve stable DIN3968 standard and GB GB/T6084-2001 Grade AA.

GD8925數(shù)控鏟齒磨床采用西門子828D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)交流伺服電機，全閉環(huán)控制，取消了傳統(tǒng)鏟齒磨床的主軸變速箱、槽數(shù)系統(tǒng)、差動系統(tǒng)和凸輪系統(tǒng)，無需掛輪、凸輪即可實現(xiàn)高精度螺旋線運動和鏟背運動的數(shù)字控制，以及徑向、斜向、軸向鏟背，磨頭采用伺服電機實現(xiàn)等線速度磨削，使加工出的工件質(zhì)量更穩(wěn)定。

GD8925 CNC Relieving Grinding Machine is using Siemens 828D CNC system, AC servo motor, the closed loop control, the machine is cancelled the traditional relieving grinder spindle gearboxes, slot number system and differential system and cam system, needless changing gear while the cam to realize the high precision spiral movement and relieving with NC. It can be relieving of radial, oblique, axial. Its grinding head adopt servo motor to realize constant linear velocity grinding, machining the work-piece quality in more stable.

This series of CNC Relieving Grinding Machine equipped independent research and development of graphical and digital automatic programming system by XGPMC. It can process all kinds of gear hob and forming milling cutter, not only can processing single start straight groove hob, can also process multi-starts and spiral groove hob, and can perform high accuracy multi-start worm grinding processing too.
