該機組具備生產(chǎn)PET片材和薄膜功能，片材可生產(chǎn)0.2～1.8mm；薄膜可生產(chǎn)0.05～0.2mm。

設(shè)備由結(jié)晶干燥、擠出主機、三輥壓光、在線測厚、片材預(yù)熱、單向拉伸、定型裝置、涂油、覆膜、自動收卷等部件組成。

該設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的PET制品通過單向拉伸及定型后，不但兼有BOPET優(yōu)良的透明度、抗張強度、耐沖擊、耐熱、耐寒、尺寸穩(wěn)定等性能；而且兼有常規(guī)PET片材易折痕、熱成型之優(yōu)點！是一種BOPET和常規(guī)PET各自性能短板的補充！
