該生產(chǎn)線是我公司引進(jìn)歐美*技術(shù)，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際情況研制的產(chǎn)品，具有造型新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、使用方便等特點(diǎn)。配用相應(yīng)的模具，能夠滿足型材高速生產(chǎn)的需要。該系列生產(chǎn)線主機(jī)采用我公司生產(chǎn)的系列擠出機(jī)，達(dá)到與輔機(jī)、模頭*匹配。整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線實(shí)現(xiàn)從進(jìn)料到最后堆料的全自動(dòng)控制，其中各個(gè)機(jī)組也可以單獨(dú)手動(dòng)調(diào)整。具有高塑化能力、低能耗、高產(chǎn)量、性能價(jià)格比高，壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是加工各種塑料異型材的設(shè)備。更換模具可用于多孔通訊管的生產(chǎn)。
