LD-602D系列聚氨酯灌注機(jī)是生產(chǎn)硬質(zhì)、半硬質(zhì)、軟質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沬制品的專家適用于石油管道保溫、建材保溫、大型冷庫保溫，我廠生產(chǎn)的低壓灌注機(jī)是引進(jìn)技術(shù)，新近開發(fā)的新設(shè)備，具有計量準(zhǔn)確、混合均勻、性能可靠、自動化程度高等優(yōu)點。整機(jī)選用國內(nèi)外各家基礎(chǔ)元件，維護(hù)維修方便，各組料壓力、泵速、溫度全部使用數(shù)字化顯示其數(shù)據(jù)，可在不停機(jī)狀況下進(jìn)行工藝需要的調(diào)整。

4）計量泵由變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動.轉(zhuǎn)速采用臺達(dá)變頻器調(diào)節(jié)、高耐磨性的擺線型計量泵。流量調(diào)節(jié)方便、計量精準(zhǔn)。
