LD-802ZF系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機，適合制造工業(yè)輪、 滑板輪、葉輪、0A機器、溜冰輪、緩沖器等。

二、特性

1、 機頭：采用特殊混合機構，混合均勻不產生氣泡。

2、 混合頭：理性化設計，原液在混合腔內瞬間能夠得到3段混合，確保產品的混合均勻度。

3、 原料加熱采用導熱油循環(huán)加熱，使原料溫度更加準 確。高精度計量泵，變頻調速系統(tǒng)，自動調節(jié)配比，準確度 ±0. 5g，并配備*的自動加色系統(tǒng)。

4、 針對彈性體灌注機設計的原液止逆裝置。

5、 系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機，采用觸摸屏電腦控制，溫度、壓力、轉速顯示控制系統(tǒng)由PLC控制完成。所有數(shù)據在觸摸屏上顯示。

6、 系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機，附有*的真空脫氣裝 置，并有雙重脫氣功能。
