簡介：

PS1350主要適用于破碎25mm以下的發(fā)泡塑料板材和各種木塑墻板。臥式切屑粉碎機(jī)主要由蝸輪蝸桿減速電機(jī)、機(jī)殼、組合螺旋齒刀盤、主動軸等零件組成。減速電機(jī)采用直連蝸輪蝸桿減速電機(jī)，直接安裝在粉碎機(jī)主動軸上，通過齒輪變速傳至從動軸，使主從動軸與從動軸上螺旋齒刀盤形成相對運(yùn)動。主從動軸上的螺旋齒刀盤交錯排列，使物料進(jìn)入后，同時受到擠、撕、剪的作用，使物料得到破碎。

General Information：PS1350 is mainly suitable for breaking foamed plastic panels under 25mm and various wood-plastic wallboards. The horizontal Dual drive shredder is mainly composed of reducer motor, casing, combined spiral tooth cutter, dual driving shaft and other parts. The reduction motor is directly installed on the drive shaft of the shredder, and is transmitted to the driven shaft through gear transmission, so that the main driven shaft and the helical gear cutter on the driven shaft form relative movement. The spiral tooth cutters on the main and driven shafts are staggered, so that after the materials enter, they are simultaneously squeezed, torn, and sheared, so that the materials are broken.

3.1前  言  Previous Remarks

手冊本章節(jié)講述的是關(guān)于設(shè)備安全使用的要求。

本手冊對有關(guān)設(shè)備安裝，操作和維護(hù)的要求以及不包括在安全章節(jié)中的其它信息強(qiáng)調(diào)多次。

This section of the manual describes the requirements for the safe use of the equipment.  

This manual has repeatedly emphasized requirements regarding equipment installation, operation, and maintenance, as well as other information not included in the safety section.

    多數(shù)事故的發(fā)生都是因?yàn)闆]有遵守簡單的安全規(guī)程。在機(jī)器設(shè)有危險標(biāo)志，請勿違反警示操作。

在設(shè)備通電或運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的情況下，不要維修，潤滑或清潔設(shè)備。

Most accidents occur because simple safety procedures have not been followed. There are danger signs on the machine, please do not violate the warning operation.

Do not repair, lubricate, or clean the equipment while the equipment is energized or running.

3.2安全操作規(guī)程   Regulations for safe operation

在你詳細(xì)了解使用說明書之前不要操作設(shè)備。

-     設(shè)備在完好的狀態(tài)下在能夠使用，（使用前）要確認(rèn)電纜是否損壞，控制器，指示燈以及控制部件是否處于完好狀態(tài)。

-     在啟動設(shè)備前，要確認(rèn)是否所有的部件都安裝好，安全可靠，有沒有其它的物體放在設(shè)備上，并確認(rèn)沒有人在設(shè)備上工作。 

-     沒有防護(hù)板時不能運(yùn)行設(shè)備。

-     不要移動蓋板和限位開關(guān)等安全裝置

-     任何時候都不要踩踏設(shè)備。

-     在設(shè)備的運(yùn)行過程中，聽一聽是否有異常的噪音，如果有，停機(jī)，并找出原因解決問題。

-     時常保持工作區(qū)域清潔。

-     暴風(fēng)雪天氣不建議繼續(xù)工作。

-Do not step on the device at any time.

3.3維修安全規(guī)程   Maintenance safety regulations

任何的維修工作必須有資格的人員根據(jù)設(shè)備制造商所提供的說明書進(jìn)行。在熟悉維修說明書之前不要進(jìn)行任何的維修工作。

-     在開始任何維修工作之前，都要拔掉電源插頭。

-     即使在設(shè)備停止而電源插頭沒有拔出之前，不要清掃設(shè)備或外圍設(shè)備。

-     在更換電器部件時，首先要將電源插頭拔出。只能使用和以前型號一樣的部件替換報(bào)廢部件。

-     不要將防護(hù)板限位開關(guān)等安全裝置移開，如果在維修過程不可避免要將安全設(shè)置暫?；蛞崎_，那么設(shè)備僅能由特殊的人使用，且此人必須要保證避免造成人身傷害和設(shè)備損壞。

-     在安全裝置維修復(fù)位之前，不要使用設(shè)備。

-     時刻保持維修區(qū)域清潔。

-     更換部件和其它東西時，要提前與原來的型號進(jìn)行對比，并要符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

-     只能使用的潤滑油和油脂或相同的。

在維修過程中，不要將工具或其它物體放在設(shè)備上。
