◆ Product Introduction

該系列縱包機(jī)是在引進(jìn)國(guó)外樣機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上吸收消化而設(shè)計(jì)制造的，共分兩個(gè)規(guī)格：ZBJ-2000和ZBJ-3200，可對(duì)通信電纜從5對(duì)~2400對(duì)進(jìn)行復(fù)合鋁箔縱包，從而始終保持被縱包后電纜的光滑圓整，以保證質(zhì)量。

This series longitudinal covering machine is designed and manufactured based on the absorption and diegestion of the introduced foreign model machines, dividing into two specifications: ZBJ-2000 and ZBK-3200. Composite aluminium foil longitudinal lapping from 5 couples to 2400 couples can be carried on to communication cables, therefore to always keep the smoothness and soundness of cables after longitudinal lapping to ensure the quality.

◆操作簡(jiǎn)單，整機(jī)工作臺(tái)面可以在200mm范圍內(nèi)上下升降，導(dǎo)輪、縱包模、壓緊模調(diào)換方便，零配件易購(gòu)易換。

◆ Simple operation. The work platform surface of complete machine can rise and lower up and down within the scope of 200mm. It is convenient to regulate and replace guide wheel, longitudinal mold and press molding. It is also easy to purchase and replace parts and components.

◆新穎的縱包模設(shè)計(jì)，可使復(fù)合鋁帶平滑，圓整地包在電纜外層。

◆ Novel longitudinal mold design can make composite aluminium strip is smoothly and roundly covered the outer layer of cable.

◆ The adjustment before and after shaping mold better ensure the smoothness, roundness and non- rumple after longitudinal lapping.

◆ The angle and distance of longitudinal mold clamp can be adjusted to make longitudinal mold gating and press mold stablize in the same center.
