YYJ-2A ink shifting printer is the traction-type ink standard printing equipment, applicable to continuously print manufactory name, product model, specification, product standard, trademark and other identification marks on the surfaces of cable covering and other rubber, plastic tubes and belt products, especially for the printing of marks of products of plastic tubes in building materials industry.

YYJ-2A ink shifting printer provides ideal standard printing equipment for the implementation of regulations related to marks identification of product standards in building materials industry.

◆工作原理

◆Operating Principle

本機(jī)安裝在生產(chǎn)線的冷卻水槽與牽引裝置的中間，利用牽引裝置的牽引力，通過橡膠主動輪和托輪對線纜、管材夾緊時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的摩擦力矩，帶動標(biāo)印字輪和橡膠移印輪轉(zhuǎn)動。油墨刮刀將轉(zhuǎn)動的印字輪圓周表面的油墨刮盡，僅使字樣的凹坑著墨，字輪將標(biāo)印字樣轉(zhuǎn)移在橡膠移印輪上，然后再移印于線纜、塑料管材的表面。

This machine is installed between cooling water tank installed on the production line and the traction device, making use of tractive force of traction device, the friction torque produced passing through rubber driving wheel, riding wheel matching cable and pipe clamp to drive the standard printing wheel and rubber shifting printing wheel to rotate. Ink scraper scratches all the ink on the circumference surface of rotating printing wheel to only make the words pit ink up, and standard word samples will be transferred to rubber shifting printing wheel by type wheel, then is transferred and printed on the surfaces of cable and plastic tubes.
