SH型色母料混料器是在吸收國外同類產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)而成，性能指標(biāo)接近國外同類產(chǎn)品水平。該裝置可應(yīng)用于需要配色的所有擠塑機(jī)、注塑機(jī)，特別適合使用于通信電纜生產(chǎn)廠家的絕緣生產(chǎn)線上。通過該混料器，可把所需的色母料按比例均勻地混入絕緣材料中，從而使得一條絕緣材料生產(chǎn)線可十分方便地生產(chǎn)出幾十種顏色的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)現(xiàn)不停機(jī)換色。該產(chǎn)品換色迅速方便，可提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，降低廢品率。

SH type color masterbatch mixer is designed and made on the basis of absorbing the foreign similar products, whose performance indicators are close to the domestic and international level of the same kind of products. This device can be applied to all the extruding machinse and injection molding machines requiring color blending, particularly for those insulating production line of the manufacturers of communication cables. The required color masterbatch can be mixed evenly in proportion to the insulating materials by using this mixer so that one insulation material production line can be very easy to manufacture products of several decades of colors to realize the change of color without stopping the machine. The color of this product is changed quickly, which can improve labor productivity and reduce reject rate.

使用該裝配大大地提高了混料的均勻性，減少了色母料用量，降低了生產(chǎn)成本，避免了人工混料這一繁重勞動(dòng)，解決了人工混料所造成的絕緣單線顏色深淺不一致的毛病。

The application of the assembly greatly improves the homogeneity of mixed materials, reduces the consumption of color masterbatch and production costs, aviods the heavy labor of mixing materials manually, and solves the problem of the inconsistent color shade of insulation single line caused by manually mixing materials.
