汽車零部件生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化裝備

        利用*的檢測技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、機(jī)器人技術(shù)（機(jī)器人特殊的專用檢測、控制模塊等），結(jié)合汽車零部件生產(chǎn)控制工藝要求，研制、開發(fā)出七大汽車零部件生產(chǎn)與檢測自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。

        Utilizing the advanced detection technique, control technique, computer technology and Robot technoloy, combine with the technics requirement of the Auto Parts, we research and develop seven kinds of Auto parts production and detection Automatic System.

        一、汽車空調(diào)生產(chǎn)線系統(tǒng)Automotive Air-conditioning System

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：極大提高汽車空調(diào)生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化程度，保證生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)

        System function: To maximize the level of automation, guarantee the productivity effect and product quality.

        2、專用技術(shù)：自動(dòng)檢漏、測漏，熱交換器管路裝配與防錯(cuò)探測

        Unique technoloy: Automatic Leak detection, heatexchanger pipeline assemble and fail-save detection.

        3、實(shí)際應(yīng)用 Practical Application

        已完成多條生產(chǎn)線，均為國內(nèi)的同類系統(tǒng)。

        Numerous production lines had been accomplished, which are the most advanced of this kind in China.

        （1）、PQ35類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)：為貝洱首條替代進(jìn)口的空調(diào)生產(chǎn)線，兼容6類、9個(gè)產(chǎn)品，如Sagita、Turan、Octavia，應(yīng)用中仍不斷擴(kuò)充兼容新型號(hào)，如Model S，Model K。 目前在遠(yuǎn)超出當(dāng)時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)要求能力的負(fù)荷下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；

        The producing of PQ35 series：Behr’s first air condition producing line replaced the imported ones, is compatible to 6 categoris、9 products, such as Sagita、Turan、Octavia, which is continuously expanding in application, like Model S, Model K. They are over-loaded than they were designed to be.

        （2）、Model F 生產(chǎn)：為PQ24平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品的裝配檢測線，生產(chǎn)如Model F、Polo等產(chǎn)品；

        Producing of Model F：Assembly and inspection line of PQ24 platform product, manufacturing products such as Model F、Polo.

        （3）、W204：是奔馳汽車配套線，性能要求更高。

        W204：It is a corollary line for Mercedes-Benz, which requires higher performance.

        二、汽車轉(zhuǎn)向助力器裝配檢測系統(tǒng)Testing system of Automotive power assisted steering assembly.

        Testing system of power assisted steering assembly for vehicle

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：兼容生產(chǎn)單膜片、雙膜片、不同尺寸的多種型號(hào)產(chǎn)品。包括助力器裝配檢測、主缸裝配檢測兩大部分，具有繁多的支線。It can manufacture many varieties production of single-diaphragm 、double-diaphragm and different dimension, including two main functions: t booster assembly test and master cylinder assembly test,  and be with various branch lines.

        2、主要功能模塊 Main function modules

        貫穿桿氣密鉚接設(shè)備：是生產(chǎn)線核心設(shè)備之一，一次成型，保證氣密性。不同產(chǎn)品變化很大，兼容難度高。Sealing riveting equipments of trans-rod： the key equipment of production line, one-step forming guarantees air tightness. Different products vary a lot and be difficult to compatible .

        中殼鉚接：具有豐富的防錯(cuò)裝漏裝、參數(shù)控制能力。Intermediate axle housing riveting：holding abundant error-proofing equipments and capacity of parameter control.

        關(guān)鍵尺寸調(diào)整：采用閉環(huán)伺服控制技術(shù)保證精確的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)，是質(zhì)量特性關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的保證措施。Adjustment of key dimensions：adopting closed-loop servo control to ensure precise inner structural parameters, which is the guarantee of mass parameters.

        復(fù)雜的閥體裝配：零件多、體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜；而質(zhì)量要求高，自動(dòng)化程度要求高。在線檢測關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。Complicated valve-body assembly：Lots of parts,small size ,complex structure; nevertheless, high quality and automation requirements. Key parameters can be tested on line.

        綜合性能測試：是線上的核心設(shè)備。測試參數(shù)齊全、自動(dòng)化完成。首先模擬完成裝配的條件再進(jìn)行檢測，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題有機(jī)會(huì)返工處理，提高成品率降低成本。對(duì)于我國目前原料級(jí)零件質(zhì)量不夠高的實(shí)際情況具有很大意義。Multiple functions testing：the core equipment of lines.  The parameter is unabridged and auto-accomplished.  Simulate the assembly conditions first, then test. Modification will be done when problem occurs. It enhances the rate of finished products and reduces the cost. It is meaningful for the actual situation of inferior raw-material class spare parts

        主缸測試：是主缸生產(chǎn)的核心。參數(shù)齊全、自動(dòng)化完成。Master cylinder testing：main core of master cylinder production. Parameters are completed automatically.

        3、實(shí)際應(yīng)用 Practical Application

        三、汽車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)Auto brake system

        汽車制動(dòng)是保證汽車安全的主要系統(tǒng)之一，制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)本身的可靠性需要在設(shè)計(jì)、原件選用、生產(chǎn)裝配等過程中保證，生產(chǎn)裝配的自動(dòng)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和精密化可用本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。

        The Breaking system is one of most impontant system of Auto. The reliability of Breaking system is guaranteed by the process of design, selection of original parts and product assemble. This System realizes the assembly and production be automatic, standardized and precise.

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：包括主缸高低壓及動(dòng)作自動(dòng)檢測、自動(dòng)裝配、自動(dòng)涂脂及功能檢測等。

        System function: Including the auto-detection ,auto-assembly auto-greasing and function testing of the high-low pressure and motion of master cylinder.

        四、汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器裝配檢測系統(tǒng)Testing system of automotive power steering gear assembly

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向器的自動(dòng)裝配、裝配檢測和轉(zhuǎn)向器的性能檢測功能；提高裝配效率；

        System function: To realize the auto-assembly, auto-detection of assembly and the performance testing function of the Auto power steeing gear. To enhance assembling efficiency

         2、實(shí)際應(yīng)用 Pracical Application

        五、橋殼焊接系統(tǒng)Welding system of axle housing

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：橋殼焊接工作環(huán)境惡劣，工作強(qiáng)度大，本系統(tǒng)是一套由各功能模塊組成的復(fù)合重型設(shè)備系統(tǒng)，包括機(jī)械手抓取、定位、切割等功能。

        System function: axl housing welding is rough and high working strength. This system is a compond heavy equipment which consist of multi-function modules, including the function of manipulator gripping, locating and cutting.

        2、實(shí)際應(yīng)用 Practical Application

        六、渦輪增壓器系統(tǒng)Turbocharger system

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：本系統(tǒng)對(duì)汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)渦輪增壓生產(chǎn)、裝配進(jìn)行檢測、控制，提高生產(chǎn)效率；

        System function: To test and control the production and assembly of Auto Turbocharging; and, enhance productivity

        2、實(shí)際應(yīng)用：Practical Application

        七、剎車間隙自動(dòng)調(diào)整臂裝配檢測Testing of break clearence automatic adjustment brachia assembly

        1、系統(tǒng)功能：汽車剎車間隙對(duì)于汽車制動(dòng)、保證安全極為重要，故對(duì)于剎車間隙自動(dòng)調(diào)整臂裝配檢測的精密性要求很高，本系統(tǒng)可高效實(shí)現(xiàn)本功能；

        System function: The break clearence is importance to the trig and safty. The Auto-slacker adjuster of break clearence requires high precision of assembly and detection. This system achieves the function efficiently.
