1.灌裝嘴采用防滴漏裝置，灌裝不拉絲、不滴漏。
2.氣動部分采用德國FESTO或中國臺灣AIRTC的氣動元件，性能穩(wěn)定。
3.具備灌裝調(diào)節(jié)手柄，灌裝速度可調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
4.具備操作簡便，易保養(yǎng)，易清洗。
5.具備手動檔和自動檔，當(dāng)選擇手動檔操作時可用配置的腳踩開關(guān)進(jìn)行操控。
6.具備浮動接頭，確保設(shè)備運行的平穩(wěn)，延長密封圈的使用壽命。
7.物料接觸部分均采用316不銹鋼材料制成，機(jī)架為不銹鋼304材質(zhì)，符合GMP作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
8.密封件采用硅橡膠（耐磨損、耐高溫、耐酸堿、耐腐蝕），氟橡膠（耐磨損、耐強酸、耐強堿、耐強腐蝕）。

非標(biāo)定制:針對一些易拉絲、易產(chǎn)生泡沫、含顆粒、有腐蝕特點及需要80℃以上高溫灌裝的產(chǎn)品，本機(jī)可以針對性設(shè)計，以滿足不同產(chǎn)品特性的需求。
