The factory production of XZG series of standup pouch filling capping machine, are automatic high-speed filling production line, from the bag, filling, cover, glａnd are fully automatic operation.Electrical and pneumatic components are used both at home and abroad brand-name manufacturers of products, stable quality, long life, important mechanical parts are used advanced precision machining center production, so the mechanical with a good, smooth work, advanced quality and reliable performance.The machine adopts the new design more energy-efficient, the structure is reasonable and beautiful, adopts the acid-proof stainless steel material, each section can run independently, conforms to the hygienic standard, is convenient for the maintenance and is the automatic production line which is the self-standing bag product.

Function

1. pouch loading

Load pouches automatic Special design for loading notch, easy to load.

2. Filling

Filling tank: 40-50L 1 inlet:15-18mm diameter 1 washing outlet: 12mm diameter 6 filling outlets to connect pneumatic control valves, double fill. 1 floating ball to control liquid level in the tank

All this material are made by SS304 Working principle: water flows downwards.

3. Cap sorting

Use vibration plate to sort caps, high efficiency and low-noise

4. Cap locking

Use rotary type locking caps, motor power: 0.37 Kw rotary speed is adjustable

5. Output final products

Output by a supporting stick.
