產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

酶標(biāo)板透明板適用于定量和定性的固相免疫檢測(cè)和結(jié)合檢測(cè)；

黑色板適用于熒光免疫檢測(cè)和結(jié)合檢測(cè)；

白色板適用于自發(fā)光、化學(xué)發(fā)光；適用于大多數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型設(shè)備。

酶標(biāo)板蛋白吸附力分為三個(gè)等級(jí)：

低吸附力：優(yōu)先結(jié)合包含顯著疏水區(qū)域的分子（脂類、脂蛋白、大型蛋白）

中吸附力：結(jié)合具有親水/疏水的生物分子（中大型蛋白、免疫球蛋白、白蛋白）

高吸附力：優(yōu)先結(jié)合具有親水/疏水的生物分子（小型到大型蛋白、免疫球蛋白、白蛋白LPS、蛋白）

酶標(biāo)板/發(fā)光板采用高純度材質(zhì)，精密磨具注塑成型，均一性優(yōu)異?？刹鹦对O(shè)計(jì)，方便拆卸與裝取?？筛鶕?jù)蛋白分子量大小與疏水性選擇不同吸附力的酶標(biāo)板：高吸附酶標(biāo)板，對(duì)于分子量大于50kDa的抗體或抗原有較高的吸附性；中吸附酶標(biāo)板，非特異吸附低，本底更低。也根據(jù)檢測(cè)方法選擇不同顏色，透明-比色檢測(cè)，白色-發(fā)光檢測(cè)，黑色-熒光檢測(cè)。

配套有硅膠8孔板蓋，和8孔頂蓋器。

The protein adsorption capacity of the microplate plate is divided into three levels:

Low adsorption: preferentially binds molecules (lipids, lipoproteins, macroproteins) containing significant hydrophobic regions

Medium adsorption: binding of biomolecules with hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties (medium to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin)

High adsorption: preferentially binds biomolecules with hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties (small to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin LPS, proteins)

This series of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay plates are made of high-purity materials and injection molded with precision grinding tools, with excellent uniformity. Detachable design, convenient for disassembly and installation. Enzymatic plates with different adsorption capacities can be selected based on the molecular weight and hydrophobicity of proteins: high adsorption enzyme plates have high adsorption capacity for antibodies or antigens with molecular weight greater than 50kDa; Medium adsorption enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate with low non-specific adsorption and lower background. Different colors are also selected based on the detection method, including transparent colorimetric detection, white luminescent detection, and black fluorescent detection.
