PP Honeycomb board extrusion line

設(shè)備介紹
PP蜂窩板通過擠出法在線一次復(fù)合成型的三層夾心板材，根據(jù)蜂窩的結(jié)構(gòu)可以分為單層板、雙層板；
板材表面也可根據(jù)用途表面復(fù)合裝飾膜、絨布等。板材具有輕質(zhì)高剛、無(wú)毒環(huán)保減震耐寒、隔音保溫、防潮隔熱等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：厚度2-20mm，寬度800-2000mm。
產(chǎn)品主要用途：
1、應(yīng)用于乘用車的行李箱蓋板、行李箱隔板、行李箱地毯基板、側(cè)圍裝飾板、頂棚等內(nèi)飾部位
2、應(yīng)用于物流周轉(zhuǎn)箱、各種包裝箱等

PP Honeycomb board is a three-layer sandwich board that is formed online by extrusion method. According to the structure of Honeycomb, it can be divided into single-layer board and double-layer board. Plate surface can also be based on the use of surface composite decorative film, velvet and so on. PP Honeycomb board has the advantages of light weight and high strength, non-toxic,environment, shock absorption, and cool-resistant,soundproog and heat preservation, moistureproof andheat insulation etc..
Product thickness 2-20mm, width 800-2000mm.
Main application:
1）applicable to passenger car luggage cover board, luggage partition board, trunk carpet substrate, side wall decoration board, ceiling and other interior parts;
2）applied to logistics swing box, various packing box etc..
