一、噴糙土工膜機組概述

糙面土工膜表面由凹凸狀結構組成,摩擦系數(shù)高,具有防滑性,與光面土工膜 相比,糙面土工膜不僅能應用于樓房屋頂防漏,園林綠化,農田水渠防滲和水土保持,灘涂圍墾造田、環(huán)境工程中的垃圾填埋、三廢處理和環(huán)境整治、防止沙漠化等工程,還能應用于陡坡或邊坡膜體表面需要覆土等要求有較大摩擦系數(shù)的工程項目中,是山區(qū)施工、陡坡施工等工程項目的理想材料。

目前糙面土工膜的生產(chǎn)通常有噴絲加糙法、充氮加糙法,軋花輥壓延法。其中噴絲加糙法屬于二次成型,是通過特殊的噴塑設備噴絲,將熔融狀的塑料絲涂在所需加糙的土工膜表面,經(jīng)過冷卻從而制得糙面土工膜的一種方法。該生產(chǎn)方式的優(yōu)點如下:

1、與充氮加糙法相比,不會在土工膜表面或內部形成氣泡或孔洞等從而降低土工膜的各項質量指標。

2、與軋花輥壓延法相比,設備投資相對小,加工周期短,而且壓延法生產(chǎn)的糙面土工膜表面均一,平整,表面摩擦力相對小,如需不同規(guī)格糙面需不斷更換花輥。

3、由于噴絲加糙法是在土工膜生產(chǎn)后二次加糙,所以對土工膜生產(chǎn)時原料要求寬松。而且對于不論有吹膜設備還是有壓延設備的廠家,都不需要設備改造即可生產(chǎn)糙面土工膜。

4、噴絲加糙法適合生產(chǎn)不同厚度的糙面土工膜。
