包括不銹鋼干燥床，螺旋上料機，送料，篩選等裝置。

1、蒸汽系統(tǒng)：減壓閥與PID 比例控制蒸汽閥，達到精確的加熱，發(fā)泡均勻;

the pressure reducing valve, steam system and PID proportional controlsteam valve, to achieve the precise heating, uniform foaming;

2、壓力控制：壓力傳感器加上多閥排氣系統(tǒng)，保持穩(wěn)定的桶體壓力,降低能耗;

3、溫度控制：采用溫度傳感器和壓縮空氣PID比例控制閥，保持精確的發(fā)泡溫度，適合高密度的發(fā)泡

temperature control: using the temperature sensor PID and compressed airproportional control valve, keeping foaming temperature accurately, suitable for high density foam；

4、料位控制：采用振動傳感器控制發(fā)泡料位，實現(xiàn)精確珠粒料密度均勻;

the material level control: using vibration sensor control foaming material, to achieve precise bead density uniformity;

5、稱重入料：采用電子秤重入料，在觸摸屏設(shè)定入料的重量，秤重裝置將自動稱重，實現(xiàn)入料準確;

weighing feeding: the electronic weighing feeding, feeding on the touch screen to set the weight, weighing device will automatically weighing, the realization of the feeding accuracy;

6、電器控制：采用PLC可編程控制器與觸摸屏，電器元件，閥門均采用國內(nèi)外品牌(施耐德、日本三菱、德國)，實現(xiàn)全自動生產(chǎn)，性能穩(wěn)定。
