-采用PLC可編程序控制，可實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)控、觸摸屏操作人機(jī)對話，操作維護(hù)方便。

-動作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動控制。

-多重安全保護(hù):轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、過振動保護(hù)、開蓋保護(hù)、電機(jī)過載過熱保護(hù)、刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械 /電氣雙重控制。

-焊接式整體機(jī)架，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機(jī)器承載強(qiáng)度高。

-全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。

-獨立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。

-采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無級可調(diào)。

-可按要求設(shè)定進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工藝速度。

-浮動平臺底座，橡膠減振基礎(chǔ)。亦可選用液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果，機(jī)器運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，減小機(jī)器振動對設(shè)備和環(huán)境的危害。

-一種出料方式選擇:斜槽開放式出料結(jié)構(gòu)簡單:螺旋輸送器與刮刀集成卸料，濾餅收集率高，有效防止堵料。

-虹吸式離心機(jī)具備虹吸推動力，過濾速度更快。

-可配置反沖洗裝置，對過濾介質(zhì)進(jìn)行洗滌，實現(xiàn)濾布再生。

-還可配置撇液裝置。適用含蛋白等膠體物質(zhì)的物料分離。
