工作原理

待分離的物料經(jīng)進料管加入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心場的作用下，物料經(jīng)濾布實現(xiàn)過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。當(dāng)物料被加滿時，停止進料，對濾餅進行洗滌，同時將洗滌液濾出。離心機繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，對濾餅進行甩干。濾餅達到分離要求后，離心機降速，通過刮刀將濾餅刮下從底部排出機外。離心機再降速，氣動拉袋裝置上下往復(fù)運動，將殘余濾餅抖落，實現(xiàn)濾餅的清除從而實現(xiàn)濾布再生。
