Operating principle

待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下物料通過(guò)濾布(濾網(wǎng))過(guò)濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出，固相則截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)，停正進(jìn)料，對(duì)濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫液達(dá)到要求后，停機(jī)。專用的吊具將濾袋連同濾餅一起吊出至卸料處，打開(kāi)卸料口，將濾餅卸出，然后將濾袋復(fù)位，進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)。

平板式機(jī)座，機(jī)器重心低，占地空間小，平板機(jī)座可作為操作平臺(tái)，操作方便。四點(diǎn)支撐液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果好，簡(jiǎn)化日常保養(yǎng)。

外殼翻蓋設(shè)置進(jìn)料管、洗滌管、觀察鏡、照明孔等常規(guī)管口。

配置在線潔洗系統(tǒng)(選裝)可對(duì)密心機(jī)外殼內(nèi)壁、轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)外表面、集液槽表面等內(nèi)部不可見(jiàn)部位進(jìn)行清洗，保證了潔凈度要求，符合GMP 規(guī)范

密閉結(jié)構(gòu)。密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等，配置氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)(選裝)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃易爆場(chǎng)合的應(yīng)用。配置液壓式忌臂吊(選裝)卸料方便，符合衛(wèi)生要求。
