16型腔瓶坯模具 LMM-002 產品信息

描述

　　瓶坯模具使用性能的好壞，熱流道是關鍵。
　　本廠設計的熱流道，吸收了國外的*技術，結合國內客戶的需要，采用免剪澆口設計，熱流道噴咀單獨控溫。（單獨控制的優(yōu)點以解決在生產過程中所產生的問題，例如底部發(fā)白、拉絲）。模具在全自動條件下生產，無需員工的頻繁操作，以減少工人的勞動力。模具的關鍵零件（型芯，型腔，口模）采用模具注腔、注芯選用瑞典原廠預熱處理優(yōu)質模具鋼（HRC45），保證了模具的使用壽命與瓶質量（正常使用200萬次免維修，zui大zui小壁厚差小于0.05mm）。并采用車削加工中心加工，保證零件的加工質量，實現(xiàn)互配。冷卻水道的合理布置，更使得模具有較高的生產效率，成型周期短至15秒（需配合冷機，適合的瓶坯設計及適合的注塑機）。*自主研制開發(fā)的新型瓶坯模具結構，*屏棄過去模具的大部分弊端，能夠達到模具高精度同心，高壽命，且能進行模具各零部件的標準化，大批量的生產。我們的模具保證管坯壁厚差小于0.05mm，重量誤差小于0.3g，一分鐘可出2-5模，壽命可達200萬模次，模具zui大有96腔。
　　熱流道無澆口氣封瓶坯模具：
　　●1.瓶胚采用電腦模擬拉伸測試設計，提高吹瓶的成品率。
　　●2.采用*的二級雙錐度定位技術，每腔獨立自鎖，確保模具同心度（偏心在0.05-0.06mm以內）。
　　●3.模具注腔、注芯選用瑞典原廠預熱處理優(yōu)質模具鋼制造。
　　●4.螺紋口按標準制造，材料選用進口氮化鋼，硬度高，使用壽命長。
　　●5.熱流道設計*，加熱溫度均勻，可提高塑料制品質量。
　　●6.免剪澆口，降低工人勞動強度。
　　●7.工藝*，加工精度高，各配件可互換，使用更方便。
　　●8.常溫水冷卻實現(xiàn)高效率，全自動生產與進口模具相媲美
