單座調(diào)節(jié)閥的閥芯采用上導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)，通道呈S型，有壓降小，流量大，可調(diào)范圍廣，流量特性精度高的特點，執(zhí)行器可采用氣動薄膜式、電子式電動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，出廠時已經(jīng)將零點量程調(diào)試完畢，用戶接通氣源輸入信號即可運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)使用。

1.接線簡單，操作簡易。

2.調(diào)節(jié)性能優(yōu)異，流量系數(shù)精確。

3.通道呈S型號，壓力損失小，流通能力強(qiáng)。

4.有一定黏度和少量纖維的介質(zhì)也可以選用。

valve core of single seat control valve adopts up guide structure,ａnd the channel is Stype. It has the characteristics of small pressure drop,large flow,wide adjustable range,ａnd flow characteristics of high precision.Actuator can adopt pneumatic diaphragm and electronic electeic actuator.When delivery,zero range has pneumatic diaphragm and electronic electric actuator. When delivery,zero range has been debugged. After the user switches on air input signal,it can operated and be used.

備注

1.允許壓差不超過工力。

2.同一格內(nèi)，‘’/‘’前方數(shù)字表示閥常開允許誤差，后方數(shù)字表示閥全關(guān)允許壓差。

3.以上允許壓差均采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，當(dāng)壓差不滿足時，也可增大執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。

1. 1.The maximum allowable differntial pressure does not exceed the maximum pressure.

2.The number in the front of 7' indicates the allowable differntial pressure for valve totally opened, the rear numerals indicates the allowable

differntial pressure for valve totally closed.

3.The above allowable differntial pressure under standard actuator, If the differntial pressure is not enough then can use enlarged 3. actuator.
