聚氨酯篩板：

聚氨酯篩板設計靈活，結(jié)構(gòu)多樣，安裝方式簡便，常見的有軌座式（也叫鎖扣式，根據(jù)鎖扣的樣式不同，又細分為幾種），用軌座鎖緊篩板，篩機篩壁兩側(cè)再用側(cè)壓木和楔塊固定，也可用銷釘或者用螺栓配合壓板直接固定于篩機上?？梢跃植扛鼡Q（可以做成小塊，只需更換損壞的部分,減少浪費），不光成本降低也大大減少了維護的成本和時間。聚氨酯篩板重量輕，負載小，噪音低，由于聚氨酯的無磁性，彈性好，再加上合理的設計，和多年來的經(jīng)驗，篩板的自潔性非常好，幾乎不堵孔，大大提高了篩分效率，降低的篩機的負載，對于篩機也起到了保護的作用，并且大大降級能耗，綜合來看聚氨酯篩板單耗更低，效率更高。篩孔從最小 0.25mm 條縫，到 100x100 方孔，各種型號和樣式。

A.PU sizing screen panel & screen plate

Our mature modular products “PU sizing screen panels”, such as series of 610x610, 610x305series, 305x305. According to the customer to open the size of the hole and the module, we can also produce personalized products. The hole could be standard slot, square, oblong, circular, hexagon, Polygon and so on. The hole size could be as small as 0.25mm，ａnd the square hole could be bigger than 100x100mm。The PU sizing screen panels are fixed by the PU fixing rails, dowel, side Clamp bar and wedges.
