產(chǎn)品描述:本品是高性能無灰合成酯型高溫鏈條潤滑劑。用于環(huán)境溫度可達320℃的軸承、鏈條、滑軌及齒輪等的潤滑。

產(chǎn)品特點:

優(yōu)異的高溫穩(wěn)定性和極低的蒸發(fā)損失:不含高溫下易分解的組分，高溫下積碳及結(jié)焦傾向極低并保持液體膜潤滑，潤滑油消耗低；

優(yōu)異的清凈性:是無灰潤滑劑，可以消除因固體積累而導(dǎo)致的清理問題和減少停工時間，有助于清潔被其它較差的鏈條潤滑劑污染的鏈條；

節(jié)能:是清潔的流體膜潤滑劑，具有優(yōu)異的潤滑性能，可以明顯降低能耗；

Product description:This product is a kind of high performance ashless synthetic ester type high temperature chain lubricant,for lubrication of bearings, chains, slides and gears up to 320℃ ambient temperature.

Performance characteristics:

Excellent high temperature stability and extremely low evaporation loss: it does not contain components that are easily decomposed at high temperatures. The tendency to deposit carbon and coke at high temperatures is extremely low and the liquid film is kept lubricated, and the consumption of lubricating oil is low.

Excellent cleanliness: It is ashless lubricant, which can eliminate cleaning problems caused by solid accumulation and reduce downtime, and help clean chains contaminated by other poor chain lubricants.

Energy saving: It is a clean fluid film lubricant with excellent lubrication performance and can significantly reduce energy consumption.

Provides better protection for equipment: Contains a combination of special lubricant additives with excellent anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, which can greatly extend equipment life and reduce maintenance costs.
