一、 簡介

用于對各類河道、湖泊的清淤治理施工過程中所用泥水進行固液分離，固體干堆運輸，淤泥減量化無害化處理，處理后的淤泥可以用于田間肥料、河堤堆砌等。

二、用途：

用于對各類河道、湖泊的清淤治理過程中所用泥水進行固液分離，固體干堆運輸，淤泥減量化無害化處理，處理后的淤泥可以用于田間肥料、河堤堆砌等。采用初級大物料分離結合小物料絮凝壓干工藝處理，處理量大，干化指標高，處理精度高的特點?？筛鶕?jù)不同工程需要及客戶要求進行不同處理效果及處理量的設計。公司可對來樣進行室內(nèi)試驗，并根據(jù)試驗結果推薦處理工藝。

三、工藝說明：

1、系統(tǒng)一級預處理為大處理量振動篩；第二級為除砂器，處理精度為50-100um;第三級除泥器（100型長錐旋流器搭配高處理精度振動篩），處理精度為30-100um;

2、振動篩外排的固相含水率較高，則需要配套調(diào)質(zhì)罐，將調(diào)制好的藥劑加入調(diào)質(zhì)罐內(nèi)進調(diào)質(zhì)處理。經(jīng)過調(diào)質(zhì)反應后，由泵打入離心機或板壓機進行處理。

3、經(jīng)過板壓機分離出來的液相通過排出管線返回調(diào)質(zhì)罐用于配制泥漿或重新進行循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。

4、板壓機分離出來的固相泥餅含水率可以進一步下降，采用皮帶輸送機運到污泥存放池。

5、振動篩外排的含水固相落入螺旋輸送機內(nèi)，通過螺旋輸送機輸送入污泥存放池。

Introduction:

Process Description

1. The first pretreatment equipment is high capacity shale shaker,the second is desander,with the treatment precision 50-100um ａnd the third is mud desilter(100 type poker type hydrocyclone with high precision shale shaker),with with the treatment precision 30-100um.

2. The solids treated by shale shaker have high moisture content,so need refinement by refining tank. Firstly put the modulated medicament into the refining tank and then input to the centrifuge or cross-wedge rolling machine by pump after refinement.

3. The fluid separated from cross-wedge rolling machine flows back to refining tank and is used to compound sludge or circulate in the system

4. The solid clods,separated from cross-wedge rolling machine,can be dried again and then convey to sludge storing pool through belt conveyor.

5. The watery solids output by shale shaker is also conveied to the sludge storing pool through screw conveyer.
