一 產(chǎn)品介紹
本儀器用于測定汽車內(nèi)飾材料水平燃燒特性。內(nèi)飾材料指：汽車內(nèi)飾零件所用的單一材料或?qū)臃e復(fù)合材料，如座墊、座椅靠背、座椅套、安全帶、頭枕、扶手、活動式折疊車頂、所有裝飾性襯板（包括門內(nèi)護板、側(cè)圍護板、后圍護板、車頂棚補里）儀表板、空內(nèi)貨架或后窗臺板、窗簾、地板、覆蓋層、遮陽板、和其它任何室內(nèi)有機材料，包括撞車時吸收碰撞能量的填料、緩沖裝置等材料。
二 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
   符合GB 8410-2006  汽車內(nèi)飾材料的燃燒特性
三 主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1、試樣支架：端面到個孔38mm
            孔到第二孔100±0.2 mm
            孔到第三孔254±0.2 mm
2、燃氣燈燈嘴內(nèi)徑Φ9.5mm，燈嘴口部中心距試樣下端19mm
3、燃氣：液化氣或熱值在35MJ/m3-3835MJ/m3的其它可燃氣體。
4、金屬梳：長度至少為110mm，每25mm內(nèi)有7-8個光滑圓齒
5、秒表：準(zhǔn)確度≥0.5s
6、溫度計：量程150℃以上，準(zhǔn)確度為1℃
7、鋼板尺：量程400mm以上，準(zhǔn)確度1mm
8、外形尺寸：385×204×365mm
四 原理：
將試樣水平地夾持在U型支架上，在燃燒箱中用規(guī)定高度火焰點燃試樣的自由端15s后，確定試樣上火焰是否熄滅，或何時熄滅，以及試樣燃燒的距離和燃燒該距離所用的時間。

Three main technical parameters:
1, sample holder: face to the first hole 38 mm
The first hole to the second hole 100 + / - 0.2 mm
The first hole to the third hole 254 + / - 0.2 mm
2, gas lamp light mouth Φ 9.5 mm inner diameter, light mouth mouth center distance sample bottom 19 mm
3, gas, liquefied petroleum gas or calorific value in 35 mj/m3-3835 mj/m3 of other flammable gases.
4, metal comb: at least 110 mm in length, 7-8 times every 25 mm smooth crenate
5, a stopwatch: accuracy acuity 0.5 s
6, thermometer: range over 150 ℃, the accuracy of 1 ℃
7, steel tape: range above 400 mm, the accuracy of 1 mm
8, appearance size: 385 * 204 * 204 mm
Four principles:
The sample clamping on the u-shaped bracket horizontally, with specified high flame combustion box in the free end of the sample after 15 s, determine whether the sample on the flame extinguished, or when to go out, and the sample distance and combustion the time required for the distance.
