一：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機產(chǎn)品簡介
液晶顯示電子式彈簧試驗機主機與輔具的設計融匯了我公司的技術(shù)，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。系統(tǒng)通過數(shù)字控制器，經(jīng)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)控制數(shù)字電機轉(zhuǎn)動，經(jīng)減速系統(tǒng)減速后通過精密絲杠副帶橫梁上升、下降，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮等力學性能試驗，無污染、噪音低，效率高，具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍。
本機依據(jù)彈簧試驗機標準規(guī)定的要求研制而成。主要用于測試各種螺旋彈簧力學性能指標。
二：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機主要功能
1、設定試驗力Ｐ，檢測彈簧的變形量Ｆ。
2、設定變形量Ｆ，檢測彈簧的試驗力Ｐ。
3、最多可以設定5個檢測點。
4、試驗力、位移、剛度采用數(shù)字顯示、試驗結(jié)果打印，可測試初拉力。
5、具有峰值保持、過載保護、位移和試驗力任意清零、剛度計算、試驗速度0.1－500mm/min任意設置、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)打?。ù蛴C為選配）等功能。
6、采用精密數(shù)控電機帶動圓弧同步齒形帶對精密滾珠絲杠加載。
