一、落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)用途：

　　　落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)用于對(duì)塑料管材、板材和制品進(jìn)行沖擊試驗(yàn)，以評(píng)定這些材料的抗外力沖擊性能。該機(jī)控制部分采用數(shù)控技術(shù)，能數(shù)字予置和顯示沖擊高度、自動(dòng)對(duì)零、升錘、落錘、沖擊并能有效地防止二次沖擊。采用雙柱式結(jié)構(gòu)，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、能量損失小、試驗(yàn)速度快。

定義：

真實(shí)沖擊率：整批產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)時(shí)，其沖擊破壞總數(shù)除以沖擊總數(shù)即為真實(shí)沖擊率，以百分?jǐn)?shù)表示。

破壞：用肉眼觀察，試樣經(jīng)沖擊產(chǎn)生裂紋、裂縫或試樣破碎稱為破壞，因落錘沖擊而形成的試樣凹痕或變色則不認(rèn)為是破壞。

   　落錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)以規(guī)定質(zhì)量和尺寸的落錘從規(guī)定高度沖擊試驗(yàn)樣品規(guī)定的部位，即可測出該批（或連續(xù)擠出生產(chǎn)）產(chǎn)品的真實(shí)沖擊率。此試驗(yàn)方法可以通過改變落錘的質(zhì)量和或改變高度來滿足不同產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求。TIR允許值為10%。

The drop hammer impact tester is used to test the impact properties of plastic pipes, sheets and products in order to evaluate the impact resistance of these materials. The control part of the machine adopts numerical control technology, which can digitally preset and display the impact height, automatically zero, lifter, drop hammer, impact and effectively prevent secondary impact. The double-column structure has compact structure, small energy loss and fast test speed.
