Hi TYC 258P PP描述：

Hi TYC 258 P is a 28 % talkum reinforced, impact modified and UV stabilized polypropylene copolymer for injection moulding. It combines an excellent flowability with a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and very good processability for rocker panel applications. The grade has been specifically designed for moulding of large complex parts that require good dimensional stability.

Mould temperature

This will prevent size variations as described above.Barrel and die temperatures should be adjusted to provide a low processing temperature. Water sprays, air jets, and water jets （aimed at an angle to the profile surface and away from the die） are sometimes required in the air gap between the die and the trough to establish the desired profile geometry.The profile shown in Figure 1b required both air and water jets in the air gap to maintain the proper spacing and dimensions of the four legs as well as to prevent these legs from touching and fusing.If water jets are used they should be pointed away from the die at an angle that will maintain a constant contact point with the profile at a fixed distance from the die.A melt temperature of 400°F （205°C） or lower is usually employed in order to maximize melt strength, although this may yield a lower surface gloss than desired in which case a downstream flame ring （mentioned earlier） may be employed.
