EVATANE RS-2117 is compatible with tackifying resins and waxes. Combined with a high fluidity, it’s a useful product for hot melt adhesives formulation.EVATANE EVA delivers high cohesive strength and compatibility with any kind of fillers （masterbatchs, compounds etc.）The High Vinyl Acetate content of EVATANE RS-2117 brings softness, flexibility and polarity.

EVA resins can be processed by conventional thermoplastic processing techniques, including injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet and shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating.

EVA is an EVA copolymer especially developed for powder coating and hot melt adhesion for non-woven fabric. 

 

A combination of high flow and low melting temperature gives EVATHENE good processability for powder coating and easy ironing in adhesion applications. Strong adhesion of EVATHENE UE508 provides the excellent peel strength of non-woven fabric.
