ADPOLY EV-400 EVA

EV-400 is EVA based adhesive resin containing anhydride.This grade shows strong adhesion to PE, EVA, aluminum, and it has polyolefin-like properties. In addition, its processability is excellent.EV-400 is mainly intended for use as a adhesive resin in aluminum composite panel.

Used during flexible lidding conversion

lidding sealant resins not only offer predictable and repeatable peel strength, but also provide a pre-compounded one-bag solution that easily runs in a variety of conversion processes. They are solvent free and don’t require the environmental controls associated with solvent-based or lacquer heat seal coatings. Inventories and the number of SKU’s can be reduced, as a number of Appeel resins seal to multiple substrates, leading to less-costly inventory. And there are no blends to be made, ensuring that the resins perform the way they should time after time. Whether you are running an extrusion coating, cast or blown film line, sealing to PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET, epoxy, Barex or Aclar, there is a grade of Appeel lidding sealant resin that will run in your process, and prove to be cost-effective while meeting the demands of brand owners and consumers.

EVA加工

EVA resins can be processed by conventional thermoplastic processing techniques, including injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet and shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating. They can also be processed using conventional rubber processing techniques such as Banbury, two-roll milling and compression molding.can be used in conventional extrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins. However, corrosion-protected barrels, screws, adapters, and dies are recommended, since, at sustained melt temperatures above 446°F

食品級EVA

EVA Resin complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350（a）（1） - - Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, subject to the limitations and requirements therein. This Regulation describes polymers that may be used in contact with food, subject to the finished food-contact article meeting the extractive limitations under the intended conditions of use, as shown in paragraph （b）（1） of the Regulation.Safety & Handling A Product Safety Bulletin, Material Safety Data Sheet, and more detailed information on compounding and processing Elvax resins for specific applications are available from your DuPont Packaging and Industrial Polymers representative.
