PCTA共聚物是環(huán)己烷二甲醇和對(duì)苯二酸,以及根據(jù)需要用別的酸部分取代對(duì)苯一酸所形成的聚合物。與PET相比具有較低的可萃取性,更好的耐熱性,低溫抗沖擊性和水解穩(wěn)定性??蓱?yīng)用于取向和流延薄膜、熱成型盤(pán)子和單絲等領(lǐng)域。正常的PCTA共聚酯擠塑薄膜特性有:極亮的透明度、好的低溫韌性、高抗撕性和耐化學(xué)性。在合成PCTA共聚酯時(shí)改變酸的比例可使聚合物具有不同的*性質(zhì)。例如可具有高結(jié)晶熔融溫度(545F),用于制作可烘烤盤(pán)子。PCTA還可以與其它聚酯共混或填充玻纖、云母,以滿(mǎn)足各種性能要求。PCTA共聚酯制品可用于與食品接觸的各種用途,這在FDA規(guī)范21CFR—177—12401中已有規(guī)定,并也得到USDA許可用作肉禽類(lèi)包裝材料。原料供應(yīng)商以美國(guó)伊士曼為主。
