PVC 聚氯乙烯的主要用途:

聚氯乙烯膜 

　　PVC膜領(lǐng)域?qū)VC的消費位居第三，約占10%左右。PVC與添加劑混合、塑化后，利用三輥或四輥壓延機制成規(guī)定厚度的透明或著色薄膜，用這種方法加工薄膜，成為壓延薄膜。也可以通過剪裁，熱合加工包裝袋、雨衣、桌布、窗簾、充氣玩具等。寬幅的透明薄膜可以供溫室、塑料大棚及地膜之用。經(jīng)雙向拉伸的薄膜，所受熱收縮的特性，可用于收縮包裝。 

硬材和板材 

　　PVC中加入穩(wěn)定劑、潤滑劑和填料，經(jīng)混煉后，用擠出機可擠出各種口徑的硬管、異型管、波紋管，用作下水管、飲水管、電線套管或樓梯扶手。將壓延好的薄片重疊熱壓，可制成各種厚度的硬質(zhì)板材。板材可以切割成所需的形狀，然后利用PVC焊條用熱空氣焊接成各種耐化學腐蝕的貯槽、風道及容器等。
