PVC 生產(chǎn)方法

有懸浮聚合法，乳液聚合法和本體聚合法，以懸浮聚合法為主，約占PVC總產(chǎn)量的80%左右。此外，還有用微懸浮法生產(chǎn)PVC糊用樹脂，產(chǎn)品性能和成糊性均好。

本體聚合法

  　聚合裝置比較特殊，主要由立式預(yù)聚合釜和帶框式攪拌器的臥式聚合釜構(gòu)成，聚合分兩段進(jìn)行，單體和引發(fā)劑先在預(yù)聚合釜中預(yù)聚1h，生成種子粒子，這時轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)8%～10%，然后流入第二段聚合釜中，補(bǔ)加與預(yù)聚物等量的單體，繼續(xù)聚合。待轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)85%～90%，排出殘余單體，再經(jīng)粉碎、過篩即得成品。樹脂的粒徑與粒形由攪拌速度控制，反應(yīng)熱由單體回流冷凝帶出。此法生產(chǎn)過程簡單，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好，生產(chǎn)成本也較低
