PVC 成型特性： 

　　1．無定形料，吸濕小，流動性差.為了提高流動性，防止發(fā)生氣泡，塑料可預(yù)先干燥.模具澆注系統(tǒng)宜粗短，澆口截面宜大，不得有死角.模具須冷卻，表面鍍鉻； 

　　2．由于其腐蝕性和流動性特點，采用設(shè)備和模具。所有產(chǎn)品須根據(jù)需要加入不同種類和數(shù)量的助劑； 

　　3．極易分解，在200度溫度下與鋼.銅接觸更易分解，分解時逸出腐蝕.刺激性氣體.成型溫度范圍小； 

　　4．采用螺桿式注射機噴嘴時，孔徑宜大，以防死角滯料.好不帶鑲件，如有鑲件應(yīng)預(yù)熱。 

PVC（聚氯乙烯）是一種阻燃，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，只產(chǎn)生低張裂內(nèi)力的材料。同時其材料特性還包括高強度，高剛度和高硬度，工作溫度范圍從零下15度到60度，可粘接，可焊接。
