PVC 燃燒性能

    聚氯乙烯的燃燒性能不好，離火即滅，火焰呈黃色，下端呈綠色，冒白煙，屬于難燃性塑料；燃燒時(shí)，有刺激性的*臭味放出，燃燒時(shí)軟化。

    實(shí)際使用中由于PVC中含有大量有機(jī)酯類（如DOP）可燃性增塑劑，所以要考慮阻燃問(wèn)題。PVC中單獨(dú)使用三氧化二銻就有阻燃性。如果和氯化石蠟并用則阻燃性更好。透明的PVC應(yīng)使用磷酸酯類阻燃劑，常用磷酸*苯酯（TCP）但TCP低溫性能差。含鹵磷酸酯性能好，但是價(jià)格稍貴.
