PVC 聚氯乙烯的制備：

　　聚合方法、配方和工藝條件是影響PVC結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)和成本的主要因素。PVC樹脂通常采用懸浮聚合法、本體聚合法、乳液聚合法和溶液聚合法生產(chǎn)，而其中以前三者為主要。據(jù)統(tǒng)計。目前世界PVC樹脂總產(chǎn)量中懸浮聚合法約在80%上下，本體聚合法約為10%，乳液聚合法在10%以上。 

化學(xué)和物理特性:

　　剛性PVC是使用zui廣泛的塑料材料之一。 

PVC在加工時熔化溫度是一個非常重要的工藝參數(shù)，如果此參數(shù)不當(dāng)將導(dǎo)致材料分解的問題。PVC的流動特性相當(dāng)差，其工藝范圍很窄。特別是大分子量的PVC材料更難于加工（這種材料通常要加入潤滑劑改善流動特性），因此通常使用的都是小分子量的PVC材料。PVC的收縮率相當(dāng)?shù)停话銥?.2~0.6%。
