PVC 塑料的識(shí)別方法

比重法：

   PVC的比重為1.35~1.45，一般是1.38左右。

   可以通過(guò)比重差別或測(cè)定比重的方法，區(qū)分聚氯乙烯和其它塑料。

   但是由于PVC可以通過(guò)添加增塑劑、改性劑以及填料，使PVC變得比重差異很大，軟硬差異很大，同時(shí)也會(huì)由于一些成分的加入，使PVC塑料的很多性能發(fā)生改變，致使我們常用的鑒別方法效果不明顯，甚至現(xiàn)象發(fā)生改變，無(wú)法作出準(zhǔn)確判斷。比如：密度方面，增塑聚氯乙烯（大約含有40%增塑劑）時(shí)為1.19~1.35；而PVC硬制品卻提高到1.38~1.50。如果是高填充PVC制品，密度有時(shí)會(huì)超過(guò)2。
