PVC 聚氯乙烯的生產(chǎn)工藝:

　　PVC的生產(chǎn)主要有兩種制備工藝，一是電石法，主要生產(chǎn)原料是電石、煤炭和原鹽；二是乙烯法，主要原料是石油。市場上PVC的生產(chǎn)主要以乙烯法為主，而國內(nèi)受富煤、貧油、少氣的資源稟賦限制，則主要以電石法為主，截至到2007年12月，電石法約占中國PVC總產(chǎn)能的70%以上。 

注意:在電石法制備PVC中，原鹽電解后*用于生產(chǎn)PVC，剩余的鈉部分用于生產(chǎn)燒堿，所以，氯、堿實(shí)際上存在共生關(guān)系，氯堿平衡也是整個(gè)行業(yè)發(fā)展過程中不得不考慮的重要因素。
