PVC 物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)

    穩(wěn)定；不易被酸、堿腐蝕；對(duì)熱比較耐受

    聚氯乙烯具有阻燃（阻燃值為40以上）、耐化學(xué)藥品性高（耐濃鹽酸、濃度為90%的硫酸、濃度為60%的硝酸和濃度20%的*）、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度及電絕緣性良好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

        聚氯乙烯對(duì)光、熱的穩(wěn)定性較差。軟化點(diǎn)為80℃，于130℃開始分解。在不加熱穩(wěn)定劑的情況下，聚氯乙烯100℃時(shí)即開始分解，130℃以上分解更快。受熱分解出放出*氣體，使其變色，由白色→淺黃色→紅色→褐色→黑色。陽(yáng)光中的紫外線和氧會(huì)使聚氯乙烯發(fā)生光氧化分解，因而使聚氯乙烯的柔性下降，zui后發(fā)脆。從這里不難理解，為什么一些PVC塑料時(shí)間久了就會(huì)變黃、變脆的原因。
