*采用46號(hào)、68號(hào)液壓油。zui相宜的油溫為30-60℃當(dāng)油溫低于1℃或大于65℃時(shí)禁止開機(jī)，為調(diào)節(jié)油溫可事先采用加熱器或冷卻器。液壓傳動(dòng)zui忌油液變臟變質(zhì)，否則塵埃糊粘在吸油濾油器上，噪音加劇，泵壽命降低，故要常常保待油液潔凈，應(yīng)三個(gè)月清洗油網(wǎng)一次。 

4.油泵電機(jī)的啟動(dòng) 

液壓站的油泵電機(jī)啟動(dòng)與其它機(jī)械一樣，要求空載（卸荷）啟動(dòng)，等短暫動(dòng)行后，再行加載工作，一般情況下，工作過程中不宜頻繁啟、閉電機(jī)。 

在低溫啟動(dòng)時(shí)，要調(diào)整溢流閥到1/2的額定壓力，再反復(fù)點(diǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)，使溢流閥全溢流，以給液壓加溫，待溫度升高至20。液壓油一般為12個(gè)月應(yīng)更換一次，并清洗油箱，去除污垢塵埃。
