　　The mold is mainly made of 45 # steel material, which has undergone quenching and tempering forging treatment, and has high strength, wear resistance, and forming accuracy

　　模頭壓力較低，熔體停留時(shí)間相對(duì)較短

　　整體流道設(shè)計(jì)注重流動(dòng)性，有利于物料穩(wěn)定通過(guò)

　　可為剪切敏感物料設(shè)置適宜的溫度引導(dǎo)，配合合理的停留時(shí)間

　　壁厚控制均勻，符合常見(jiàn)生產(chǎn)要求

　　The die pressure is low, and the residence time of the melt is relatively short

　　The overall flow channel design focuses on fluidity, which is conducive to the stable passage of materials

　　Suitable temperature guidance can be set for cutting sensitive materials, combined with reasonable residence time

　　PP管材模具：可與單螺桿擠出機(jī)等設(shè)備配套，用于PP-R塑料管材的加工

　　PVC管材模具：可用于實(shí)壁管、發(fā)泡內(nèi)螺旋消音管、中空壁內(nèi)螺旋管、供水管、排水管、螺旋增強(qiáng)管、礦用管、通訊保護(hù)管(電線電纜用)、PVC纖維增強(qiáng)軟管(如網(wǎng)絡(luò)管/蛇皮管)等
