PW系列智能溫度/壓力表包括：PW800壓力表、PW300雙功能溫度/壓力表、PW300、PW600、PW800、PW900，是我公司研制生產(chǎn)并在先推出的雙功能控制儀表，該產(chǎn)品吸收了國(guó)外九十年代同類產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，同時(shí)還增加了具有我公司的特點(diǎn)，特別適用于高溫熔體同點(diǎn)溫度壓力的測(cè)量與控制。該系列產(chǎn)品外形美觀、功能齊全、*的抗干擾性能使系統(tǒng)可靠工作。
　　該表采用雙層四位數(shù)碼管分別顯示實(shí)際壓力值、溫度值；具有壓力、溫度上限報(bào)警，可由繼電器觸點(diǎn)輸出、電壓脈沖輸出、雙向可控硅驅(qū)動(dòng)觸發(fā)器輸出；兩路恒流（或恒壓）輸出，全自動(dòng)面板調(diào)試程序，使系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)只需輕輕一按；該表采用三種抗干擾措施，使控制儀可靠工作：*、采用光電隔離電路使輸入與微處理器隔離，微處理器與輸出隔離，電源與輸入、微處理器、輸出隔離；第二、采用軟件抗干擾措施，使軟件可靠工作；第三、采用硬件程序監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)，使系統(tǒng)程序受到干擾后能自動(dòng)恢復(fù)正常工作。經(jīng)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用表明采用以上抗干擾措施可使系統(tǒng)軟件具有很高的可靠性。確保系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定、可靠。
　　該產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化纖、塑料等行業(yè)對(duì)高溫熔體溫度壓力的測(cè)量與控制。

PW series of inligent temp and pressure digital instruments are the products of our company. We are the initial designers and vendors of the double-function digital instruments. PW series consist of PW300, PW300dual, PW600, PW800 and PW900. They incorporate the advantages of the same products from foreign countries in 1990s, as well as new features are added. Actually, they are quite suitable for measurement and control at one point for temp and pressure. PW series are good-looking and of excellent EMC performance.



New features:

Two-layer digital LEDs with four-bit for each layer display actual pressure value and temp value;
Pressure and temp alarms can be easily set;
The output can be generated by relay, voltage pulse or silicon via constant voltage or constant current;
System operation is controlled by the key panel;
Calibration can be easily completed just by pressing CAL key on the key panel.

Three new technical methods are introduced to enhance the EMC performance:

Photoelectric modules insulate the microprocessor from input and output interface;
New anti-jamming methods are used in the system program;
A hardware monitor runs all the time, which can reset the system to normal operation from abnormal operation after distortion.
PW series can be widely used in petrol devices, fiber devices and plastic devices.
