生產(chǎn)線特點(diǎn)和功能

YF系列PVC異型材生產(chǎn)線主要用于PVC門窗型材、寬幅門板、窗臺(tái)板擠出。該生產(chǎn)線可以根據(jù)不同型材斷面及模具,選用不同規(guī)格的平行(錐形)雙螺桿擠出機(jī),并配置相應(yīng)的真空定型臺(tái),牽引機(jī),切割機(jī),翻料平臺(tái)等輔助設(shè)備。

主要擠出量可以在每小時(shí)60公斤到700公斤之間任選。牽引機(jī)采用我公司升降技術(shù),工作平穩(wěn),可靠性好,牽引力大。真空定采用特殊加大洞流冷卻系統(tǒng)型,以滿足高速擠出的需要。切割機(jī)移動(dòng)速度與牽引速度保同步,全部采用進(jìn)口PLC電控制,設(shè)計(jì)合理,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定切割,并配備粉塵回收裝置。根據(jù)不同的磨具,定型臺(tái)可選用4米、6米、8米、11米等規(guī)格。配置平行雙螺杄擠出機(jī),特別適用于型材高速擠出。

Powder& dust suction device can be provided With different die tooling, the tilter platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter etc. With twin parallel screw extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile material.
