特點(diǎn)：設(shè)備采用單螺桿（雙螺桿）擠出機(jī)，并配有計(jì)量泵閉環(huán)控制，將出來(lái)的片材經(jīng)過(guò)三輥進(jìn)行致密壓光，之后進(jìn)入縱向拉伸機(jī)進(jìn)行多倍數(shù)縱向拉伸，拉伸完冷卻定型，在經(jīng)過(guò)橫向多倍數(shù)拉伸定型，設(shè)備采用紅外線感應(yīng)探頭進(jìn)行時(shí)時(shí)在線糾偏，保證設(shè)備拉伸穩(wěn)定出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品厚度穩(wěn)定，收卷采用間隙收卷（摩擦收卷）方式，恒張力控制，生產(chǎn)加減速度可以同步比率控制，速度可以達(dá)到50mmin_100mmin
