特點(diǎn)：螺桿采用平行雙螺桿設(shè)計(jì)，專門針對聚酯PET，具有排氣性，塑化均勻，斜三輥壓延設(shè)計(jì)以及L型壓延設(shè)計(jì)，輥筒溫度通過模溫機(jī)可調(diào)，出來的產(chǎn)品韌性好，透明度高，同時(shí)設(shè)有預(yù)涂硅油裝置，保證二次加工時(shí)脫模容易片材厚度采用千分表定位，收卷采用自動張力卷取。

Features: The screw adopts parallel twin-screw design, specially designed for polyester PET, with venting, uniform plasticization, oblique three-roll calender design and L-type calender design. The roller temperature can be adjusted by the mold temperature machine, and the product has good toughness. It has high transparency and pre-coated silicone oil device to ensure the release of the sheet during the secondary processing. The thickness of the sheet is positioned by the dial gauge, and the winding is automatically tensioned.

工藝原理：聚酯顆粒切片除濕干燥結(jié)晶→平行雙螺桿擠出機(jī)：原料融熔塑化→ 快換過濾網(wǎng)→溶體泵→擠出模頭成型擠出 → 斜三輥壓光機(jī) → 冷卻定型裝置→ 切邊機(jī)構(gòu)→牽引傳送→ 自動張力收卷
